Getting Prepared: 

1.  It is recommended that you cleanse your hair and face before we begin services. 

2. Please arrive with your hair dry and on time.  It is recommended to have a consultation prior to your appointment. If consultation is not made please bring in photos to direct your makeup artist/ stylist.

3.  It is best to wear a button up blouse.  Please advise your entire group of these recommendations. 

4.  Prices may vary depending on length of hair, number of body tattoos to cover up, makeup application, extensions, and hair style.

5.  Prices stated are at studio location. Travel and on-site fees are extra.

6.  Deposit of $100 is required by cash,check,or VISA/MASTERCARD & signing of contract within 90 days of set date.  If cancelled after contract is signed, you will lose your deposit.

7.  Any other Spa services (Brazilian waxing, brow waxing, pedicures, manicures, etc.) may be scheduled with the spa coordinator. 

8.  After reviewing the contract & relaying it to your group please sign the original contract. Please keep the black & white copy for your records & mail original w/ deposit.

BELLA FACCIA AIRBRUSH + MAKEUP RATES:
 $65 - $100 max. per face. Price includes eyelashes. $25 false lash application per person. $45 eyes touch up ONLY. (i.e. Hindu Brides, changing wardrobe)

HAIR Rates: Bride $75 - $125 max. Wedding Party (Bridesmaid, mother of bride, etc.) $55 -$75 Simple style (Flower girls, grandmother, etc. ) $25-45

HAIR + MAKEUP:
Some of our artists do both hair and makeup. This is ideal for small bridal parties. If you have a medium to large bridal party requiring services we can book a separate hair and makeup artist.ON-SITE/ASSISTANT PACKING TRAVELING FEE:
Hair + Makeup: $250 Hair: $125 Makeup: $125

Assistant: $75 Stay for touch up’s: $50/hour.

Gratuities are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice per client. Rates are per person. If your wedding date is on a holiday, the rates may increase or double regular rates. Bride/Host is responsible for all parking, toll, hotel, flight, and travel fees. Valid VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER credit card required to reserve your date even if paying by check.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:

We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve and hold your date. The deposit is applied towards your final balance on your event day. Deposits with signed contract can be mailed to:

You may cancel up to four weeks prior to event and only lose the deposit. We require a valid credit card to hold your date even if you are paying by check. If the hair stylist/makeup artist needs to be at your location before 7am or on the road to your location before 6:00 am, client will be billed for a hotel room for the artist. We can not hold a wedding date without a signed contract and deposit. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. By signing this contract, I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above. I will abide by this contract.

Thank you for choosing Bella Faccia for your special day. In order to best serve you, we ask that you and your party arrive 15 minutes early to the appointment. We are experience peak wedding seasons and in high demand to get you to the church on time. Therefore, if you are late to your appointment your full deposit will be forfeited.
